One-time advice

This type of services is suitable for clients who already have accountants/ tax specialists/ lawyers/ international law specialists  in its staff and they only need once in a while an advice of external specialists upon some disputable points.

For the work convenience and time-saving we assign one specialist from our team to each client - a Managing consultant (usually a tax expert).

It allows somebody from our team to be always aware of all clients’ problems and coordinate work of other specialist from the related areas to provide the client with a full spectrum advice including law, tax and accountings aspects of his question. The advice is prepared by a couple of specialists-practitioners; accordingly, the client’s employee can contact a particular specialist from our team to discuss the details of advice.

Our fees

The costs of our services are fixed and amount to 3000 RUB per 1 effective hour.

When calculating the time spent for a particular question, the client is not billed with 100% of time actually spent by our specialists. We believe that a high quality advice can only be provided by the “senior expert” and above, that’s why the client only pays for the time spent by senior specialists (i.e. we do not bill the hours of project assistants or the time spent on technical work, such as finding the regulatory acts, official interpretation, judicial decisions and etc.).

If the Client issues in accounting and taxation arise frequently, it makes sense to use our services on a subscription basis.
